Watch Male Orangutan Bottle Feeding Three Tiger Cubs

In the wild the tiger likes to hunt the orangutan, however at a nature preserve in South Carolina, one particular primate has become best friends with three tigers. A male orangutan who lives at the Myrtle Beach Safari has taken three tiger cubs under his wing after seeing his human handlers nurse the baby big cats.

Discovery Family paid a visit to the nature preserve and recorded the above video which is simply adorable. The video shows the primate petting, cuddling and bottle feeding the tiger cubs just as if he were their mother.

Orangutans spend lots of time with their handlers according to the nature preserve. They add that this interaction sometimes take place when the handlers are nursing the tiger cubs.

These primates regularly show a genuine interest in the welfare of the cubs and want to participate in their cuddling and feeding. Both activities the orangutans have proven to be very proficient at. Check out the video, its amazing.
