Watch This Adorable Baby Rhino Fall In Love With Snow For The First Time

An adorable baby rhino in an Iowa zoo recently discovered snow and she most certainly loves it. The rhino’s handlers at the Blank Park Zoo in Des Moines shovelled some freshly snow into the animal’s enclosure and the little creature who has no name yet fell in love with it almost immediately. Initially the baby rhino just stepped into the snow and nosed through it. After some time, she got comfortable with it and cautious exploration turned into complete playfulness.

The baby is an Eastern black rhino which according to World Wildlife Fund is critically endangered which means there are less than 1,000 of these rhinos left either in zoos or in the wild. The baby was born in October last year and weighed in at 80 pounds.
