Watch This Amazing Drone Footage Of Humpback Whale Performing Ballet In The Ocean

Last month a whale-watching boat sailing off the coast of San Diego sent a drone into the sky and the device capture a stunning display of a humpback whale performing what one could possibly describe as ballet in the crystal-clear waters. Domenic Biagini a member of the crew of the whale-watching boat was part of the excursion that came across eight whales and says they saw many more spouts in all directions.
Record day for whale sightings
According to San Diego Whale Watch, December 12th 2017 was a record day for sightings of humpback whales in the area. Mr Biagini managed to capture his encounter thanks to overhead video taken by his drone and the footage is impressive. In his post on Facebook, Mr Biagini wrote that he had never been more amazed then he was when he was filming the video and says he finally ran out of superlatives to describe what he saw over those few days.
